An affiliate program is a marketing program that allows a person (an affiliate) to receive a commission for generating sales for a company.

This is for several reasons, but the most important is to retain the integrity of the Hops. Members of the Hops are actively working their business and we want to protect the subscribers of everyone. If anyone is allowed to be an affiliate, there is a risk of “phishers” and “scammers” entering and compromising everyone’s lists.

Affiliate payouts are given as credit to the referring affiliate account. These are done manually, each month.

Why are no cash payouts given? Simply put, fees. The payouts for our affiliates is so small, the fees were “eating” up the referrals to the point that it wasn’t worth the hassle. Instead of removing the affiliate referrals completely, we moved to a credit-based system in 2023.

When you sign up as a Hops Member, you’ll automatically be approved as an affiliate. Within your membership portal, you will find your exclusive affiliate link. Your affiliate link allows us to track all the traffic coming via clicks through your link.

Within your membership portal, you will see an “Affiliate” tab on the left-hand side that allows you to check your sales, commissions, and payment history twenty-four hours a day.
